Please call Granitools (772-564-9990)
for a mandatory RA# (return authorization number). Any returns
without the assigned RA# will not be accepted and Granitools
is not responsible for them. Please clearly mark the box and
all documents returned with this number.
All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date
and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned products must
be unused and returned with the original packaging. No returned
products will be accepted with missing parts or accessories. Special
orders are not returnable.
All defective products will be reviewed for manufacturing defects
and credit or replacement will be applied to products that are
deemed defective. Item(s) returned will be evaluated, at which
point credit or replacement is dependant upon the results. Please
allow at least 4 weeks for items returned to manufacturer for
evaluation. Products that have been worn from misuse will not
be credited.
Any discrepancies with products and/or quantities of items received
must be made within 2 business days of receipt of package(s).
Also, any package that arrives damaged must be reported to the
courier driver for proper documentation immediately. Then contact
Granitools to initiate a claim process through the proper courier
channels. Be sure to hold onto the damaged box and take pictures,
if possible, in case the courier company needs to make an inspection.
Granitools is not responsible for lost or damaged products in
transit.
Granitools reserves the right to update
or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
