Cutting
Usually cutting is the first step in the fabrication.  The quantity of diamonds and the hardness of sintered metal (made up to 10 different metals) define the longevity, the quality of the cut and quality of the tools itself.

Grinding
By grinding we usually shape the edge of the stone. Here diamonds density and rotational speed of the tools defines the optimization of the grinding operation.

Drilling
When you drill a small hole, apply very little pressure and occasionally wet the tool with small quantity of water.  Your tool will last longer and perform better.

Polishing
Polishing grinded surfaces can be done with (wet) or without water (dry). It may take 5 to 9 steps depending on the tooling you have purchased.

Other Accessories
Many accessories are required to optimize the work that your diamond tooling is doing. Their quality is as important as that of the tool itself.  In many cases, they also make the tool you are using safer.
